Lets start with the name, So why AI Bridge Club?
(because it has nothing to do with the card game)

The rationale is simple: Its using AI to “bridge the gap” between traditional style Business & Artificial Intelligence (collectively).

AI Bridge club was started out of the realisation that AI was quickly starting to affect one of my other businesses, Headsets4business. A UK supplier of wired & wireless headset and telephone solutions.

With our main B2B customer base being contact and call centres, we started to notice the rise in the use of inbound (and now even outbound) calls being answered by AI voice agents. These have quickly started to infiltrate the telecoms market & will continue to do so.

For someone who sells physical desk phones and wired and wireless headsets, the reality is: the “writing is on the wall” for the telecoms sector (not completely, but heading in that direction)

Because – AI Voice Agents don’t need a headset or a desk phone, they don’t need a PC softphone either.

So…If you can’t beat them – Join Them!

Darren has lived and worked world wide in the UK, Australia & France & has started, built and sold businesses in Technology, Telecoms, Web development, Restaurant & Hospitality. As the Americans say, “this is not my first rodeo”

I understand business founders with their drive, passion & the relentless slog to build a successful business to be proud of and obviously, make a few quid along the way!
